Wisconsin State Fair

In 2025 I entered the Wisconsin State Fair Fairtastic Poster contest. The theme was "Youth Joy at the Fair", and I won the Grand Champion! The is an 18"x24" hand-painted poster, and I used materials such as acrylic paints, colored pencils, and crayons - things that can be found in a classroom!

Fair officials said the poster “bursts with fun colors and spotlights the vibrancy of young people soaking in all that the Wisconsin State Fair has to offer.”

Commemorative posters and other items featuring the artwork were available for purchase at the 2025 Wisconsin State Fair. Proceeds support the Wisconsin State Fair Park Foundation.

I was also there signing posters and doing a giant coloring page activity with any kids that wanted to stop by and doing some coloring.

I was lucky enough to be one of the runner-ups in 2024, so it was so cool returning in 2025 as the Grand Champ of the Fairtastic Poster contest.
